The Wasser- und Schifffahrtsdirektion Ost uses Cumulus as an internal communications platform for image data, documents, and videos, as well as a generally available media archive.

The following tasks were implemented by CDS Gromke e.K. within this continuously growing project:

• Concept development

• Installation

• Setup and configuration of the database and functions

• Administrator training

• On-site staff training

• Technical support as first-level support (FLS)
